At Moosani Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• You received a wrong product.

• The product received is damaged or defective.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

• Return the product in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

• Color variations due to screen or lighting differences

• Sale or discounted items

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, we will either:

• Send you the correct replacement product, or

• Issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where applicable.
